Airline Rules

All cancellations, modifications, and refunds are governed by the respective airline’s policies. PopxFlights.com, as an accredited travel agency, is bound by the airline’s rules and cannot override them.

Cancellation Requests

• Cancellation requests must be made by contacting our customer support team.
• Requests will only be processed if the airline allows cancellations for the booked fare type.
• Some fares may be non-refundable or may carry restrictions.

Refund Process

If your booking qualifies for a refund:

• The refund amount will be determined according to the airline’s fare rules and policies.
• Service fees and any previously charged booking fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment.
• It may take **7–14 business days** (or longer, depending on the airline/bank) for refunds to reflect in your account.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to board your flight without prior cancellation, the booking will be treated as a “No-Show” by the airline. In such cases, refunds may not be applicable.

Changes & Modifications

If you wish to change your travel date, route, or passenger details:

• All changes are subject to airline approval and availability.
• Fare differences and change fees (imposed by the airline) may apply.
• Our service fee for modifications may also apply.

Force Majeure

PopxFlights.com is not liable for refunds in cases where delays, cancellations, or changes occur due to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
